As a designer with 7+ years of design education and 5+ years of experience I have acquired solid methods for demystifying problems.
I have lead the design research and development for NGOs, startups, brands, educational platforms, and international design exhibitions. I have the ability to think of solutions on a large scale as a full functioning system with a creative output. That output can be in the form of a product, a service, a platform. It can be a video, an exhibition, an audio interface, a website or an app.
For the past few years I have been building the practice of design fiction / critical design in the hope that we can design better futures. The wicked problems seem to exist because of an ideological deficiency rather than a resource deficiency. Design is taking a pivotal role in making decisions, rather than executing business needs and with the rapid onset of technology, designers now have the toolset and vision to anticipate how we might alter the trajectory of the future. I work at that crux parallel to my day to day work.
I am speaking at conferences, conducting workshops, making exhibitions and teaching classes to develop the vision for near future technologies.
